1. Description of Service
The Service provides a self-reflection tool regarding sensuality preferences and alignment between participants. It is designed for personal insight, communication, and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute therapy, counseling, or professional medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk
Your participation is voluntary. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information or results provided by the Service. This includes the secure storage of the personal access code required to access the results. You use the Service at your own risk and agree that it should not be used as a basis for making significant life decisions.
4. Important Notices and Distinction from Health Professions
(a) No Substitute for Professional Advice: The Service is designed exclusively for educational, entertainment, and personal development purposes for mentally healthy individuals. It explicitly does not constitute any form of psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical advice, or any other regulated health service, and it is not a substitute for such services. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or alleviate mental disorders or illnesses.
(b) User’s Own Responsibility: By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you bear full responsibility for your own mental and physical well-being. You further confirm that you are not aware of any mental illness requiring treatment. Should you suspect you are suffering from such an illness, or should the need arise during the use of the Service, you undertake to independently and promptly consult a licensed physician, psychotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
(a) Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Iunos disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the results will be accurate, reliable, or useful.
(b) Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iunos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of the Service. In no event shall Iunos's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Service.
6. Conclusion of Contract, Prices & Delivery
The contract for the purchase of digital content is concluded upon completion of the payment process. All prices indicated on the website are final prices and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT). The digital content is delivered immediately after successful payment by making it available via your personal access link. The customer agrees to receive electronic invoices via their personal access link.
7. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
By purchasing our digital content, you give your express prior consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that by doing so, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as the digital service is fully delivered to you immediately upon purchase.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service following such notification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the competent courts in Innsbruck, Austria.
